Prof. Malek Naderi is currently a faculty member in the Department of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran. He is currently one of the members of the board of Iranian Nanotechnology Association.

Prof. Naderi is also the Advisor of the Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council.

He received his Bachelor and Master degree from Iran University of science and Technology, Iran, in 1998 and 2001, in the field of Materials and Metallurgy and his PhD from Department of Ferrous Metallurgy, RWTH Aachen University in Germany, in 2007.
